Description
Produced with only certified organic ingredients, like all the beers in the Dupont Bio line. Compared to the basic version, it highlights more citrus notes, as well as the rustic ones of freshly cut hay and earthy ones which bring it closer to a classic Farmhouse, while the base could be considered the archetype of the modern Saison. Its spicy, almost spicy, fruity and citrus notes are also accompanied by a very slight acidic note and a final earthy aftertaste which confirms the closer approach to the traditional Belgian Farmhouse.
