Description
Eastside Brewing Black Mamba (area restriction, read at the bottom)
Black, impenetrable with ocher-colored foam, compact and with good persistence. Aroma dominated by vanilla with bourbon, chocolate and wood in the background. On the palate it is silky. The taste is a mix of vanilla, bourbon, bitter chocolate, caramel and burnt barley. A pleasant ethyl warmth emerges as the beer warms up, blending with the notes of vanilla and the tannin note released from the wild turkey whiskey barrels in which it remained for 7 months. The bitterness is medium to balance the drink as well as the carbonation tending to emphasize the mouthfeel.
