Description
Brewing director's order (area limitation, read at the bottom) black with compact and creamy foam with a discreet hazelnut color persistence. aroma dominated by caffè latte, ash and toasted barley, licorice and chocolate arrive in rapid succession. it is soft on the palate. the taste is dominated by coffee and bitter chocolate. we find earthy and licorice notes as well as ash in the background. the bitterness is balanced and never astringent. the medium carbonation emphasizes the body and the velvety palate sensation. to find out detailed distributions, refer to the east side brewery.
