Sleepless night (collaboration vento forte, rebels, hilltop, ritual lab) (area limitation, read at the bottom) black with compact and creamy foam with excellent hazelnut color persistence. clean aroma with liquid and ground coffee in evidence, burnt caramel, liquorice and toasted barley arrive immediately afterwards. in the background a light smokiness and light vanilla and ethyl notes enrich the olfactory bouquet of this imperial porter. on the palate it is extremely soft. the taste is dominated by coffee and licorice with notes of bitter cocoa and ash in the background. a pleasant ethyl warmth emerges as the beer warms, blending with the notes of coffee and chocolate (a pocket coffee???). the bitterness is perfectly balanced and never astringent. the moderate carbonation emphasizes an important body and a velvety palate sensation. to find out detailed distributions, refer to the east side brewery.
