Eastside Brewing Wested Years Rum (area restriction, read at the bottom)
Starting from 50 hl of must at over 33 plato, we obtained a finished beer slightly higher than 11 degrees of alcohol. Black, dense like oil, scented with coffee, licorice and bitter chocolate. Then we divided it into 3 tanks and moved on to the addition phase, which lasted over 2 months. At the end of this process, the three creatures were canned and labeled, with a new uncompromising label (in which velvet touch paper, braille, lamination and polishing were used), and were then left to rest for 3 months to round out the flavors and smooth out the aromatic edges. This version is an Imperial Rum Stout with coconut and Madagascar vanilla.
