Description
Bruin by Extraomnes is a "conversation" beer. Bruna, at ease alone but also with food and people. Autumnal in its ingredients, but not seasonal, it adapts to the moments of life with the sweetness of a pastry shop full of vanilla and candied fruit. Together with the rigorous and prolonged dryness of taste of a great distillate. The cappuccino-colored foam stands out on the consistent liquid friar's habit. The sweet olfactory toasts of cocoa powder and bitter chocolate are clear and are enhanced by the fruitiness of marrons glacés.
