Description
Hond.erd is a very light, brilliant straw-coloured beer with abundant, mottled foam. Aromas that recall the two noble hops also used in dry hopping: the sweet orange for the Cascade and the white floral with a touch of spicy vegetal from the Saaz. In the mouth it is very dry thanks to the workaholic nature of the Saison yeast. The contribution given by the hops returns in a retro-olfactory way with a finish of bitter herbs that would recall the Saisons drunk in Hainaut in the early 1900s. (www.extraomnes.com)
