Description
Superblend of the 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages of Gingerbelle, itself a blend between the Gingerbread Imperial Stout and the Belle Epoque (Belgian IPA) aged in 4 y.o. Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. The nose explodes with notes of caramel, dried fruit, wood, coconut and spices that are used to prepare gingerbread biscuits. In the mouth it is full and sweet, with a pleasant finish of wood and spices.
