Description
West Coast-inspired Session IPA brewed with Ekuanot, Idaho 7 and Sabro hops. On the nose floral, herbaceous, citrus notes (lime, grapefruit) and tropical fruit (pineapple, coconut). If the olfactory bouquet refers to very contemporary IPAs, the loyalty to a more classic attitude is immediately noticeable on the palate where the drink has a very sparse malted structure and a decidedly dry body. Invigorating and refreshing, with a clean but intense bitter finish.
