Description
Session IPA, anzi addirittura Micro IPA come preferisce definirla il birrificio stesso, luppolata con Mosaic e Nelson Sauvin e fermentata con lievito Windsor. La scelta di un grist tipicamente da NEIPA e l'uso di un lievito poco attenuante, la rende morbida e succosa, mentre la luppolatura sviluppa note dank, di uva spina, uva bianca, lytchee, lime e passionfruit. Amaro piacevole e gentile
