La prima birra trappista analcolica al mondo. Dal colore ambrato scuro con schiuma beige. Ha una piacevole amarezza e un rotondo retrogusto maltato e dolce di caramello. L'odore di malto e caramello scorre insieme agli aromi freschi e fruttati che producono il lievito e il luppolo. Prodotta secondo una ricetta autentica, utilizzando materie prime e fonti energetiche sostenibili. Parte del ricavato va a progetti che i fratelli dell'abbazia di Nostra Signora di Koningshoeven stanno sviluppando in Uganda.
