Rispetto alla prima versione del blend la differenza sta nelle composizione del blend stesso, in questo caso si usano solamente una Sour Ale invecchiata un anno tagliata con una Sour Ale maturata due anni. Il taglio diverso del blend le dona una acidità diversa, più pungente ed intensa.
