Description
Gueze prodotta in collaborazione con Boon. Blend di lambic di 1, 2 e 3 anni maturato nelle caratteristiche bottiglie da champagne perfette per l'elevata carbonazione di queste birre. Al naso note di aceto di vino, legno, cantina, uvaspina ed agrumi molto aspri. In bocca la carbonazione è vivace, con una acidità intensa e prepotente e un taglio minerale quasi sapido.
