Skull Splitter era il nome di battaglia di Thorfin Hausakliuuf, settimo conte vichingo delle Orcadi e ispiratore di questa ricetta stoica e robusta. Scotch Ale di colore rubino scuro, presenta al naso note caramellate, di liquirizia, frutta rossa e leggermente affumicate. Alcolica, tendente al dolce, con una buona struttura maltata e tostata. Finale dalle note affumicate e di liquirizia.
