Description
Very sessionable Rye Ale produced with a rich grist composed of Pale, Monaco, Amber, Red l barley malts as well as rye in various malted and unmalted forms: normal rye malt, "dear" Crystal rye malt and rye flakes. Hopped with Columbus, Yellow Sub and Huell Melon. On the nose notes of wildflowers, orange marmalade, honey, caramel and rye bread. In the mouth notes of biscuit, rye bread, caramelized sugar with a pleasant spicy and spicy finish reminiscent of black pepper.
