Noctis is the darkest, most opulent imperial stout in Pühaste's Silver Series, a 14% beer built on extended Bourbon barrel-ageing for a result of pure intensity: the dense, velvety body typical of the imperial style is enriched by the vanilla-laced, woody warmth left behind by the Bourbon, while peanut butter lends a rich, indulgent creaminess that plays against the sweet, spiced notes of tonka bean, adding an almost confectionery-like depth somewhere between bitter almond and vanilla.
