Description
Oathbinder Bourbon BA (Silver Series) by Pühaste Brewery is a 14% ABV Imperial Pastry Stout, brewed with maple syrup and vanilla, matured in bourbon barrels for a rich, creamy and deeply enveloping profile. The result of a collaboration with Pinta Barrel Brewing, this Estonian beer is part of the prestigious Silver Series, dedicated to barrel-aging beers. On the nose it releases deep cocoa, toasted coffee, caramel, maple syrup and vanilla, while on the palate it is velvety and intense, with creamy dark chocolate, warm bourbon, notes of sweet malt and nuances of walnut and coffee. Everything is harmonized by a final touch of vanilla which binds the flavors in an elegant way.
