Reservoir Dogs Conqueror Session Ale
The first Reservoir Dogs beer from the Apocalypto project dedicated to the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse is a Session IPA inspired by English pale ales that is easy to access and drink. Session Ale is a top-fermented beer with a low alcohol content to be drunk copiously throughout the day, as in the days of English workers in factories, mines and ports. In this interpretation, Pils and Pale malts were used to give a welcoming malty carpet, onto which the notes of yeast and hops are then grafted. This golden beer presents notes of citrus, pine and fruity strawberry on the nose. On the palate the malted base is light so as not to weigh down the drink at a tactile level, the drink continues easy and fruity until the final powerful bitterness.
