Reservoir Dogs Seere 2019
Special Wild Ale, refermented with wine lees from the Klinec winery in Medana, with which it remains in contact for more than a year. Subsequently, the sour cherries are added to the barrels and further fermentation follows for another 6 months. The beer was then bottled in Champagne bottles and matured for another 6 months. The end result is a black cherry bomb!
