Don't be scared by the dedication to Kubrik's "A Clockwork Orange": Retorto's Latte Più is an invigorating and refreshing blanche with the canonical spiciness of coriander and orange peel. Nothing to do with the "reinforced milk" that Alex and his Drughi friends consumed in the Korova Bar. After all, this famous Piacenza brewery likes to joke with names. However, the name reveals its opalescent, almost milky appearance. The nose is everything we expect from a blanche: citric and citrus hints and spices. In the mouth it is dry citrusy with a notable smoothness that evolves from the initial sweetness to the slightly acidic finish.
