Description
Ridgeway Foreign Export Stout is an export Stout, initially created as a Christmas Stout. It is prepared with a blend of cereals that includes Pale, Pilsner, Crystal, Amber and Black malts, as well as toasted barley and toasted oats; the hops used, however, are whole-leaf Challenger and Styrian Golding. From a gustatory point of view, it is a Stout with the aroma of chocolate, coffee and hops. A flavor of creamy chocolate, hazelnut, caramel and raisins emerges on the palate.
