Description
Salopian's Entire Butt is inspired by Porters, beers that were born as a blend of different types of Ale. Entire Butt literally means "whole barrel" and was the ancient name with which porters were originally defined. This beer is produced with 14 different malts and 3 varieties of hops. Extremely pleasant, it has all the characteristics of a Porter, including toasted, sweet and bitter notes at the same time with an interesting light acidity which helps the drinkability of the beer. The finish is excellent, of dried fruit and coffee with beautiful bitter notes.
