Dark version of the Schnitzlbaumer Export, which stands out for a pleasant bitterness and a strong aroma of caramelized malt which is concentrated in a full and consistent body. A tribute to the past, when only dark Bavarian beers were brewed!
It goes particularly well with expertly spiced or marinated red meat dishes, smoked fish and platters of strong-flavoured cheeses.
