Is a farmhouse ale even when it comes out of the Iga field, Sieman loves to produce beers with a strong rustic imprint and reminiscent of the rural world. the istà is a farmhouse ale with the addition of spelled where a long fermentation in contact with indigenous wild yeasts gives it rusticity and acidity. a true homage to the Walloon tradition. after an initial fermentation, this beer matures in oak barrels for 5-6 months, during which a slow fermentation takes place by the indigenous yeasts and bacteria of our vineyards and our grapes. at the end of maturation, it receives a delicate cold hopping. the result is a very fragrant, fresh, dry, thirst-quenching beer, incredibly smooth but not without the complexity of barrel maturation, with a very delicate acidity. Farmers' beer, brewed by farmers, to satisfy the most demanding thirst.
