Jam Hands is a blend of various Sour Golden Ales matured in oak barrels with the addition of raspberries. Raspberry on the nose, citric, woody and funky notes (leather, cellar, salami skin). In the mouth it has a lively, very rustic acidity, softened by the sweet fruity touch of raspberry.
