Description
South Soul Almyros Gose 33 Cl. (can) is an Italian beer in the Gose/Grodziskie style, with a blonde color and alcoholic strength of 4.5%, characterized by a sour taste profile. Produced by the South Soul brewery, this gose in 33cl can format has a thin body, high carbonation and tartness resulting from the use of lactobacilli, with the addition of sea salt, coriander, wheat and barley malt, typical elements of the style that give citrus notes and a balance between salt and acidity. It integrates bergamot and sumac to accentuate the citrus and spicy scents, maintaining immediate drinkability suitable for horeca contexts or domestic consumption. It stands out for its ability to enhance dishes based on raw fish, shellfish or fresh salads, where the acidity contrasts marine flavors and the carbonation cleans the palate. The can format preserves the organoleptic characteristics, making it practical for draft service as an alternative to the 24 liter bayonet keg, with a profile that recalls German traditions revisited in a Mediterranean key by the Caserta brewery. This acidic blonde beer is proposed as a versatile option for pairings with light seafood or vegetarian cuisine, thanks to its slim structure and dry finish.
