Description
St. Paul Speciale is an amber-colored top-fermented abbey beer from Brouwerij Sterkens. This beer was produced according to the so-called purity edict of 1516. Thanks to the dryhopping technique, which adds hops after fermentation, it has a sweet and fruity aroma with notes of caramel and malt. The Speciale has a rich, sweet and slightly bitter taste.
