Strada Regina's Smoky Soul is a Rauch Märzen that brings the smoky soul of Franconia into the glass: an amber lager of Franconian inspiration, with 5.5% ABV and a bold yet elegant beechwood smoke. On the nose and the palate the smoke tells stories of the table and of tradition, with hints of speck, bread crust and toasted malt that weave together without ever overpowering one another. The body is soft and malty, enveloping through the heart of the sip, then the beer changes pace and finishes clean and easy drinking, leaving a lingering smoky echo that calls for the next sip straight away.
