Description
It draws inspiration from the Session IPA category, the less alcoholic incarnation of American IPA, in which the aromatic and bittering power of hops (usually of American origin) combines with a rather smooth body and great drinkability. The recipe uses Citra, Cascade and Chinook hops. In the aromatic profile we find notes of citrus fruits, tropical fruit and resin and upon closer analysis nuances similar to flowers, melon and spices.
