Description
This beer was brewed with a five-grain grist, fermented with a mixed culture of house yeasts and bacteria, and aged in a Foeder, which contained red wine, for 6 months. It was then blended 50/50 with a fresh wort of the same recipe hopped with Wakatu and Hallertauer Saphir.
