Description
Now we introduce Yeastus Cristo SuperSour, which is a Farmahouse Ale version of the Yeastus Christus IPA. This pup is aged 9 months in old Chardonnay barrels with lactic acid and has soured nicely and extremely. It has contrasting flavors from Brettanomyces Lambicus and bruxellensis, "fruity cake" from lactic acid bacteria and has a perfect balance between caramel malts and hop bitterness.
