B.O.M. Brewery Triporteur Wild Killed in Action
Sour beer characterized by the strong impact of the green apple flavor and the fresh aroma given by the strong hopping in Dry Hopping with Citra hops. The famous Liège syrup, based on apple and pear, is added to make it less "wild" and appreciable by all. In addition to the classic yeast, a spontaneous yeast from an original English Porter is also inoculated and a Champagne yeast is added for fermentation in the bottle.
