Produced for the starred restaurant Ciel Bleu, an authentic barley wine with a contemporary touch, a barleywine with refined modern flavors. Think caramel malt, Mandarina Bavaria hops, for a hint of mandarin. Everything is infused directly into the stainless steel kettles with orange peels, coriander seeds, candied pears, figs and liquorice.
