Xtremely Stoopid is born from the collision between Vault City Brewing's Stoopid series and the Xtreme series from their Polish friends at Funky Fluid — and the result is exactly what you'd expect from two breweries that never do anything by halves. Blackberries, raspberries and creamy coconut are crammed in at Stoopid volumes, then infused with Xtreme levels of vanilla to create the ultimate cheesecake smoothie sour. The texture is thick, almost chewy, with a lively tartness that cuts through the sweetness without ever overpowering it. The finish is long, fruity and enveloping — the kind that makes you stare at an empty glass with a hint of regret.
