Description
Bridgehead between Belgian Oud Bruin and the world of stouts, it is a blend between a dry stout matured in whiskey barrels (from 2018 Ardberg and Ardmore barrels have been used) for 4 months and a dry stout fermented for 2 months with the blend of lactobacilli cultures used for the production of Oud Bruin. The result is a beer that expresses notes of red fruit, vinous, balsamic vinegar, wood impregnated with distillate and toasted (coffee, licorice). In the mouth there is a fine balance between toasted and sour parts with an intense and vinous final acidity.
