Description
Cookies, light amber in color and slightly opalescent, have, as per British tradition, moderate foam formation with the white shade of fresh cream and good finesse and persistence. the nose is initially enveloped by the citrus and floral aromas of the hops, with ripe mandarin, violet and a hint of peach in syrup, the synergy with the aromas of the malts generates after a few seconds a sensation of biscuit dipped in a robust English black tea. in the mouth the carbonation is moderate, as expected in a British-style beer, equally the taste balance between sweet and bitter components recalls the Albionic tradition: the former have the appearance of a light biscuit without buttery opulence, the latter a memory of mandarin and blood orange peel, with a soft finish and an aftertaste in which the bitter notes prevail with an earthy hint, the body is smooth but has the muscles necessary to support all the gustatory characteristics on one's shoulders.
