Description
A Cold IPA in which the West Coast IPA concept is taken to the extreme, using a bottom-fermenting yeast strain, Novalager by Lallemand Brewing, but leaving it to work at higher temperatures. The result is an explosion of tropical fruit also given by Mosaic, Motueka Cryo Hops by Yakimachief, Vic Secret and Citra Lupomax by Barthhassx hops, but at the same time extremely dry, masking its 6% making it an easy beer to drink. Simply brilliant.
