Gioia with yuzu draws inspiration from the category of blanche/wit, typical wheat beers (not malted) of the Belgian brewing art, produced with the use of bitter orange peel and coriander. in the aromatic profile we find notes of citrus fruits, cereals and spices and subsequently tendencies attributable to vanilla and honey.
