War Brewery's Fettuccine Alfredo is a 6% ABV American IPA that arrives at the table with all the playfulness of its name, born from a collaboration with Bale Breaker, a leading farm brewery and hop grower from Yakima, USA. The brewery selected some of its favourite varieties, Krush, Simcoe and Mosaic, following a typically American hopping scheme and pushing to extreme quantities in dry hopping. In the glass the aromatic profile is fresh, intense and lively: a tropical explosion in which pineapple meets blueberry and passion fruit, with a cold hop addition that amplifies every fruity nuance. War Brewery recommends it alongside a generous plate of Fettuccine Alfredo, where the creaminess of the pasta finds its ideal counterpoint in the beer's hoppy vivacity and tropical freshness.
