Westmalle Extra 33 Cl.

Westmalle Extra is a beer produced by the Trappist monks of the Abbey of Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur in Westmalle. It is brewed by the monks twice a year, mainly for internal use, and occasionally bottled and marketed. It has a veiled gold color, a fine and creamy white foam. The nose is fragrant, with notes of cereals, floral and citrus scents. In the mouth it is balanced and delicate. Medium-bodied, the notes of bread and cereals present on the nose return, together with light citrus notes and hints of honey. The finish is dry and slightly spicy. Overall it is a light, delicate and clean beer.
