Open yourself to what is undoubtedly one of the most complex Trappist beers with the Westmalle Triple! Produced under the control of the Trappist monks of the N.Dame de la Trappe du S.Cœur Abbey since 1934, this beer sometimes called "Mother of all triples" indeed has "all the tricks up its sleeve" in the bottle. This Belgian beer is in fact one of the first beers to be produced with the name "triple beer" and is the result of a careful selection of ingredients in its composition. Numerous hops are present to flavor and give bitterness to this exceptional beer. Furthermore, the yeast used has been the same since 1956 and significantly influences the aroma and complex flavor of this Trappist. Covered in an intense golden blond toga, this "religious relic" enters the glass with a white, creamy and abundant foam of beautiful persistence. It releases complex and fruity aromas of hops and yeast with notes of oranges and citrus fruits. The entry into the mouth is equally complex with a velvety soft body and a beautiful texture. You discover fruity flavors that are difficult to identify, reminiscent of the presence of alcohol and a strong floral bitterness that can be savored and continues after tasting.
