Westmalle Tripel 75 Cl.

This beer is considered the Tripel par excellence, so much so that the isolated yeast has been marketed by various yeast producing and distributing companies as the strain par excellence for the preparation of Tripel. On the nose notes of yellow fruit and candied and syrupy citrus fruits, spices, honey, almond paste, light herbaceous and floral notes of the hops used. In the mouth it has a sweet malty attack of honey, almond paste and candied fruit, with a pleasant attenuation that streamlines drinking. Being a very classic Tripel, it does not have the more bitter modern edge of some contemporary Tripels, but this does not compromise its ease of drinking.
