Description
A wonderfully balanced and well-structured IPA. Our usual base of malts and a good dose of El Dorado in its swirling charge were sent to ferment tenderly by the London Ale III yeast, followed by a double charge of dry hopping. We focused on Citra and BRU1, which complement each other fantastically. It presents itself matte with a killer foam and has a great heady nose of pineapple, exotic fruit and resins. The consistency is exceptionally airy, soft and light, it has a soft, gentle and round body with a light sweetness balanced by the final bitterness. In the mouth we find great flavors of peach, pineapple and tropical fruit.
