Description
Compared to the classic Helles of Wieninger Bier, the Bio is produced with the best Pils malts and Bavarian hops of organic origin. Poured into the glass it appears golden with a slight cloudiness. On the nose the olfactory is dominated by notes of bread crust and honey and by the floral and herbaceous notes of hops. In the mouth it has a light malty attack with notes of honey, the persistence of the body is medium and the final bitterness is gentle.
How to pair the Bio Helles Lagerbier
We recommend it paired with a mixed salad of green beans and potatoes seasoned with garlic and mint.
