Description
Wild Beer Evolver IPA is a limited edition India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Bretta yeasts. In the first three months the characteristics are those of a fresh and hoppy IPA, which over time develops new aromatic nuances. Once it reaches six months of maturation, it presents a sour character, typical of Brettonymices yeasts. The evolution continues over time as the yeasts work and combine with the hops used. The aroma, which initially offers notes of tropical fruit and citrus, develops more complex scents over time.
