Description
Very unusual Extra Special Bitter produced with 7 varieties of malts, hops from various continents and flavored with elderflower and lemon peel. Very floral and citrus on the nose, with notes of freshly cut grass, hay and earth in the background. Strong bitterness, with citrus and resinous tones which in some respects brings it closer to an IPA.
