With this Bloemenbier, you will discover one of the few beers produced on its own by the excellent De Proef Brewery. In fact, this brewery is well known for its high quality productions and specializes in producing special or new beers on behalf of other breweries who do not have the necessary equipment to make their recipes. It is rare to be able to taste products made by the De Proef brewery on its own. The brewery has produced exceptional recipes and beers in its cellars that have become very rare following the success they received, even if this success is often attributed to others. Among other things it also includes the famous Danish brewer Mikkeller or even the partnership with the prolific Scottish brewery Brewdog, among others. Bloemenbier is an amber colored beer produced with the addition of flowers (as the name suggests) with a rich and flowery aroma with malt and fruit aromas that appear with notes of caramel, honey, flowers and apricot. In the mouth this beer gives a great sweetness to the palate with fruity and very sweet flavours. You will also discover notes of peach, apricot, pear, floral tips and malty caramel flavours. There is also a hint of spice.
