Norwegian yeast plus New World hopping: here is Northern Europe. scary hazy. clear appearance, bright despite the juicy part, thanks kveik. the nose is a discovery: coconut, pineapple, mango and it is immediately tropical. hops? dr rudi, sorachi ace and experimental hbc522. in the mouth it is delicate also thanks to the use of oats, the bitterness is rounded and not sharp. its dryness makes it dangerously drinkable, almost enough to "sever" your head. ingredients: water, barley malt, oats, sugar, hops, yeast. contains: gluten
