Dubuisson Bush Blonde Triple

In 1998, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Bush Ambrée launched by his grandfather, Hugues Dubuisson created a new Bush to satisfy blonde beer lovers... thus the Bush Blonde Triple was born. Top-fermented, filtered beer, it falls perfectly into the line of its predecessors, Bush Ambrée and Bush de Noël. It benefits in particular from the same know-how and the same house yeasts while showing its own personality. The use of traditional malts associated with the exclusive use of the famous Saaz hops give it a light iridescent appearance and a harmonious palette of subtle flavors and typical yet balanced aromas. A prolonged fermentation gives it not only an alcohol content of 10.5% but also exceptional digestibility. As the oldest still active brewery in Wallonia, this Bush Blonde is one of the strongest Belgian beers. It is produced with the same experience that made its sisters famous, using the brewery itself and jealously guarded secret yeasts. The Bush Blonde presents itself in the glass with a pale yellow color topped with a sparkling foam. This foam emanates malt, fruity and spicy aromas, with notes of cereals, apples and citrus fruits and with touches that recall yeast and cloves. In the mouth we find malty and very fruity flavours. The influence of yeast on the taste is clearly perceptible and recalls cloves. The alcohol is surprisingly discreet for this beer which has an alcohol content of 10.5° with a very light bitter finish.
