Description
Bohemian pilsner is one of the traditional beers of the German and Czech brewing school. since the version of canediguerra is inspired by the Bohemian ones, the hopping used is the classic one with saaz, here however also used in dry hopping. the beer is then cold lagered for a long period, in the best tradition of Central European bottom fermentations. poured into the pilsner flute it has a golden straw color. the nose simply follows the dogmas of the
